Excellent use of light, or the lack of light. I'd say the right amount of highlight. The amount of shadow makes this seem as a real moment in the sense of: you could easily remove the camera and there would just be a man (or woman) sitting there anticipating the next move. I am not sure if that is what you intended.
If there was something I would like to see different in this image is perhaps have the window blind down to have the light cut in slices. There would have to be a good amount of distance though or the shadows would be harsh and note quite as diffused.
